Case Study: eShare

eShare are leading provider of board portal software. This software is designed to improve governance, transparency, accountability and security for corporate boards. eShare’s clients include numerous education institutes, NHS trusts and retail chains.

The Challenge:

eShare wanted Industry to generate leads for their suite of software products across the UK and Ireland, targeting prospects who are involved in corporate boards including company secretaries, non-executive director and CEO job titles.

The Campaign:

Industry were asked to source a dataset of 6000 contacts in the UK and Ireland which matched the brief from eShare.

Industry were also tasked with developing a hook and supporting asset for the email activity.

A PDF study guide was created by Industry, drawing on existing assets from eShare. The content was presented in an engaging and easy-to-digest format.

For the campaign, prospects were offered the chance to review the study guide which outlined the increasing role of technology in the boardroom and how it can help you remain compliant.

The email directed prospects, if interested, to either reply to receive a copy or download the guide via a link. Industry handled the email responses, ensuring they were all dealt with in a timely manner.

The Results:

The campaign generated 70 requests for the guide from companies such as Unite Students, The Highland Council and Saga Plc. There were also over 350 downloads of the guide from the likes of HSBC, TUI group and Schroders Plc.
