The Challenge:

Devoteam engaged Industry to help generate registrations for an executive round table lunch to be hosted by Devoteam and ServiceNow at the famous Savoy Grill in London.

Targeting senior IT decision-makers and influencers from enterprise-level organisations who are not currently ServiceNow customers, the event would focus on digital transformation and feature speakers from Veolia, Devoteam and ServiceNow.

The Campaign:

Applying our renowned approach, Industry analysed the campaign, prepared a customised invitation for broadcast to a dataset to 8,000 relevant IT contacts, setting out the compelling reasons why busy executives should give up time to attend this occasion.

Managing the whole demand generation process through our special email engine, prospects just had to click on an embedded link to access the agenda and, if appropriate, register via a landing page built specially for the campaign.

This meant Devoteam’s sales staff could focus on deeper qualification of prospects ahead of the event.

The Results:

Through our careful guidance on how to achieve the campaign objective, a widely recognised email engine and follow-up by telephone, Industry generated over 60 registrations from companies such as Aon, BBC, LiveNation, Marie Curie, Thales, Whitbread, Worldpay and Xerox.
