Case Study: FCS Live

FCS Live is the UK’s leading online risk management software, whose clients include local authorities, educational institutions, commercial establishments, hotel groups, and various other sectors.

The Challenge:

FCS Live wanted to generate leads for the latest version of their cloud-based risk management tool, targeting prospects including Senior Decision Makers and those with Health & Safety and Fire Safety job roles.

The Campaign:

Industry was tasked with identifying a dataset of 6,000 prospects within UK companies that matched FCS Live’s specifications.

Alongside sourcing data for the campaign, Industry was asked to develop a compelling hook and supporting asset for the email activity.

Industry wrote to the prospects to offer them an advanced look at an insight guide, which would bring them up-to-speed with time and cost saving technology for dealing with fire risk assessments.

The PDF guide was created by Industry, drawing on existing marketing assets from FCS Live, and presenting the information in an engaging and easy-to-digest format.

The email directed prospects, if interested, to reply in order to receive a copy of the guide. Industry handled the email responses, ensuring that all replies were dealt with in a timely manner.

The Results:

The campaign generated over 230 requests for the guide from companies including Peabody Housing Association along with numerous local authorities, NHS trusts and national government departments.
