Kajima Community – BookingsPlus for Schools campaign

The Client

Kajima Community – their BookingsPlus software enables educational institutions to manage the letting of their facilities. It provides marketing, accounting, the vetting of hirers and removes all the administrative headaches.

Most importantly, it is shown to increase revenues by up to 40%.

The Challenge

Kajima Community asked Industry to run a lead generation campaign to generate business for BookingsPlus, targeting head teachers and other senior contacts at Schools and Multi-Academy Trusts across the UK. 

The Campaign

Industry ran a three-phase campaign. The first phase was to offer prospects an asset that outlined the benefits of using BookingsPlus.

Prospects who replied to the campaign expressing interest were sent a copy of the guide along with a covering note advising that someone would be in touch to answer any questions.

Two further emails, in a unique follow up style, were sent without a link, simply advising the prospects to reply to request further information.

The Results

The campaign generated over 150 downloads and 70 positive replies. This included 19 prospects requesting a call back or meeting to discuss using the BookingsPlus platform.

Due to the campaign success Industry is currently in the process of running two further campaigns at different target sectors with the educational sector.
